I like shades of brown and tan, but not having them aren't a disqualifier. I notice I find models/actresses more attractive after a nice tan.

Not important to me. If you have an attractive face and nice body then I'm happy. Skin colour is one of the last things on my list.

You like what you like. Good luck trying to change your subconscious attractions.
However, I personally think skin tone should not be an immediate disqualifier above personality and physique. Not really. Certain hair styles look better with certain skin tones, but that's about it. For the most part, an attractive woman is an attractive woman whether her skin is light or dark.
