Castlevania got me back into side scrollers and was wondering what you think of these two SNES classics

Both great games. I really liked the simulation part of 1,as well as the levels. Too bad 2 doesn't have the simulation part as well, but it was still a good game.

Yeah, the combination of simulation and side scrolling is what made the first game standing out and made it a classic.

I used GameGenie on the second one otherwise I kept getting killed in seconds. Graphics and music though on both games are 10/10
