BotW is amazingly fun and I'm still playing it now. I'll find out about Mario Odyssey soon. I got it and a Switch for my kids for Christmas.

However 23 years later nostalgia is still blinding people still voting for OoT. Smh.

I like hoe the first game on that list that I actually liked is in tenth.

Galaxy was fun but I kept falling into holes in those bonus areas because depth perception on a flat screen.

I haven't played Odyssey yet (probably will get it for xmas)

but BoTW was legitimately the best game I played in years.

I'm an aspiring software engineer (senior in college) and I felt like shit playing the game because I knew I'd never be able to be apart of making something that great in my entire life.

I am currently playing Zelda and this game is enormous. The game is running smoothly (with the exception of the first village where frames per second noticeably drop).

There is so much content and the aesthetics are awesome. Gameplay is great and challenging at times. It's vastly better than the overrated piece of shit called Ocarina of Time.

I think some aspects of OoT are better than BoTW. Namely, the story and the dungeons.

But I think I like BoTW more overall. It's just such a wondrous game, idk.

My first Zelda game was OoT. And it was amazing then. Pre-ordered it and picked up at the store, because I took a day off work for a three day weekend and it was amazing. I don't think I did anything but play that for those three days. But it and MM have not fared well through time. I still have both my N64 carts, and them both on Gamecube. I have WW, TP and SS, and I find that each entry seems to be build on and exceed the previous ones, that I have no interest in replaying them as the series just gets better. I've probably played WW the most. But with BotW, I have a feeling I won't even be visiting WW again much, if at all.

That's just my two cents on the LoZ series, as far as what I've played.

OoT was amazing for it's time. I don't recall any other 3D game that wasn't a straight platformer or FPS that was so smooth to play in the 90s.
