Dr. Kelly Folse, 35, was arrested in the town of Meredith on December 13. KMOV reports that Folse is accused of fatally shooting 15-month-old Bruizer, her neighbors American Bulldog. The station reports Bruizer was left outside while his owner went to work. Should get 5-10 years in prison IMO. Dogs as companions are so ingrained in western society that their lives are valued almost on the same level as human.
