Japan isn't at risk, artillery can't reach and missiles can be shot down easily. If Seoul wasn't so significant, NK would've been liberated decades ago.

Seoul wasn't shit until the late 80s. Fun fact, North Korea use to be a lot better off financially than South Korea until about the late 70s. It's GDP per capita was higher in the 60s and 70s and its money was worth more. But when Mao died and Kim Il-sung went on to make North Korea produce everything in the country the economy stagnated and never recovered. Couple that with the Soviet Union falling apart in 1991 the country went out of the butt, and into the fuck.

Also China and probably the Soviet Union would've jumped into that conflict had we tried to kick off another Korean War.

Their military is brutal/merciless. You really think unarmed people have a chance? Hell even if they were armed, there is no way the average people can win that one
