Yea, fuck you google. I am still going to use uBlock no matter how hard you try to prevent me from doing it.

Or just, you know, use Firefox, which doesn't pull that bullshit.

Firefox, fuck yeah!

*raises flame shield*

Admittedly, Chrome possibly does some things better, but fuck Google. There is Chromium, but eh, you may as well go with FF then.

FF has its advantages too, like privacy and anti-fingerprinting features.

Or any half-decent FOSS browser really.

I do use it (well, actually I use the Tor browser which is a modified version of Firefox) when I browse on the internet. However on my desktop I mostly just use a web browser for Youtube and Gamefaqs, and when I was running comparisons Chrome just handled those better.

Uhh... its back on the store?

The extension it is complaining about is uBlock Adblock Plus, which basically runs both extensions at the same time. The have one for uBlock Adblock, but the got rid of the uBlock Adblock Plus one.

How's chromium? I hear it's an open-source version of chrome, which if you ask me makes it better by default.

Honestly not that different from chrome. It only really is around as a open-source version so that if someone makes something cool on chromium, google can use it in chrome. I believe even the chrome extensions and apps all work on chromium.

Wait about 6-12 months, when the fallout settles from discarding most of its extensions.
