Same here. Closest option seems to be FF Origins on PS1, which is a slightly different compilation of FF1 and FF2.

Good thing the poll doesnt say FF1...

I didn't look at the options, just the question. The original Final Fantasy I assumed they only meant the NES version. It's weird they included the PSP version but not GBA.

The Gameboy Advance version is basically the PS1 version without the opening cutscene and more dungeons.
