Each Marvel hero has a 3 individual movie contract, plus additional ensemble films. As for Batman or Superman movies, WB will continue to churn them out if for no other reason to try and stop Marvel from getting all the money.

TDKR made the money up overseas, in the US it went down like 100mil domestically. Fate of the Furious was also a hit overseas, it made about the same as what Justice League is going to gross domestically at 225 million but did a billion overseas due to the strong China market

Nobody knows. Marvel signed off a bunch of characters and is only getting some of the rights back to them now. So it's up to Disney to determine that. And you do know most Batman and Superman live action films have been pretty much flops right?
