TFA was a good movie, but it didn't feel like a star wars movie, imo.
There's something about the personality of the first 6 episodes that gave it a unique charm. There's some excellent symbolism and parallelism in TFA tho, and Ren's saber is definitely one of them. --- Rainbow Dashing: "it's just star wars" AutumnEspirit: *kissu* ... Copied to Clipboard!

Darth Maul's is still the apex of Lightsabers. Kylo's looks dumb to me.

I didn't notice it in TLJ, but I like how it had a more sinister look look in TFA, and you could see plasma kinda dripping off
