Yes, they did. It's better than Vah Ruta, but IDK how I'd rank it with the others.

I mean, Im going to play it sometime this week regardless since I bought the season pass at launch.

It's pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking but the new dungeon is decent enough with a great boss. The new shrines were also really good for the most part.
