I liked 5. Wasn't anything amazing, but enjoyable.

3 > 6 > 2 > 5 > 1 > 4 > 7 imo.

Gen 3 was amazing.

This is the correct answer.

B&W were an attempt for a soft reboot of the series by being the first to wholly capture the feel of the original games by locking you into a totally different land with 150 Pokemon you've never seen before. They wanted to do things differently and shook things up.
You were playing as older trainers for once. The region was no longer based on Japan. The enemy team actually presented a compelling moral dilemma for once. And the game ended when the story ended, you can't actually finish the Elite 4 and become champion til after the story/credits.

In turn, people whined and complained and bitched, and so Gamefreak gave us XY which were just 30 hours of HEY REMEMBER GEN 1? REMEMBER HOW GREAT RED AND BLUE WERE?

Personally I loved Black and White. Theyre my favorites in the series because they actually feel different from the rest.

I can't speak for anybody else, but Nintendo's refusal to revise its censorship policies kept me from getting into later generations. Being able to play both the English and Japanese releases, I'm frankly surprised at some of the arbitrary differences between them. Some changes seem downright discriminatory against certain audiences.

Maybe if Nintendo makes a stronger effort to distance itself from its family-friendly reputation with Western consumers, I might consider investing in any of the company's products in the future. Just my two cents.

Gen 7 is garbage, but that has nothing to do with the Kanto pandering. If anything, its the Unova pandering that makes it garbage.

So are you gonna like explain any of these differences? Or are you just mad that they changed the music in Roxie's gym to say "Pokemon" instead of "Dogars".
