Go pick up a current copy of the Army Times and read about some of the changes coming next year and see if you agree or disagree with them. The Army is in a transition phase and is ramping up. I'm currently active duty Army and just today we put out to the soldiers that if you're board eligible, you're going to the board. No ifs ands or buts.
