I feel both the story and the production of this movie has some serious goddamn flaws.

-the entire 30 minutes sequence where Finn and that new chick go to a casino could have entirely been avoided had the Admiral told poe what the fucking plan was.
-snoke was a friggan waste of a character. Supposedly super powerful and gets killed like a bitch
-they barely scratched the surface of the force and the balance. Basically was like "hey Rey, that's the dark side. Super tempting right? Stay away from it." That's it, she's a jedi now.
-As far as the production, so much of the humor felt forced. I know the OT had humor, but it felt way more natural than this movie.
-Why make Finn Mr. Catchphrase?

Theres more, but I'm too tired to post. But yea, I didn't like this one, and I loved the last 2

Completely disagree. This is probably my favorite film in the whole franchise.

- The film establishes early that Leia doesn't trust Poe because of the very start of the film, so why would Leia's second in command trust Poe, a hot head that just got a bunch of people killed?
- Snoke was necessary to bridge the force between Kylo and Rey. I don't think it ever says Snoke is powerful; he just relies on his name and fear to drive the First Order. Kylo killing him and then wanting to recruit Rey--two opposite actions--moves Kylo forward as a deeply conflicted and unbalanced human.
- I found all the humor to be super organic.
- Poe was barely in The Force Awakens, but the humor expands him as a character since we barely know who he is at the start of this film.
- I don't see how Finn is "Mr. Catchphrase" in any way.

It's a really easy film to hate and I've posted a ton of reasons why

This is what the proliferation of capeshit is doing to the public
