Cooks need to be able to read and comprehend recipes, to the point of making on the fly modifications. I've also been reading for 35 years, that's probably at least 25 years longer than you. Aren't you in your 30's?

Lmao. No, fat Drac, Im not in my 30s. But if youve been reading for 34 years longer then me I guess Ive been low-balling my age.

And I absolutely agree that cooks need to be able to read recipes. But heat oil to 350 degrees and add wings for 10 minutes; remove and let sit for another 5 isnt exactly a recipe.

But hey, Im glad your bar cook career has worked out for you unlike your medical industry and failed life insurance scam sales positions have.

Yawn. Wings are the easy thing I make that draws customers in. I've still been reading since I was 4 while the marines taught you the alphabet.

@Cacciato, dude, you can think that my job makes me less of person, but the fact that you think that me providing a service and happiness to an entire neighborhood (and travelers) is a something to demean me over, makes you a worse human being.
