Which is correct:

"He will not be there anyway."

"He will not be there anyways."

AND

"Anway, I do approve of your decision Carlos."

"Anways, I do approve of your decision Carlos."

Anyways isn't a word. Any is singular, and ways is plural.

At least that's waht I was tough in highschool

Adding an S to the end of "anyway" is a common speech error adopted into slang, but not proper English.

Anyways is slang, incorrect English just like using sure instead of surely (I sure like potatoes!) and gotten instead of got (It hasn't gotten to that point yet.)

Most people don't think it "sounds wrong" but it's still improper in formal writing
