Onedrive used to be called Skydrive, also it is a base part of Windows 10, pretty sure it cannot be removed.

Not sure I would recommend screwing about with core programs like that though, unless you really know what you are doing, for the minor annoyance of a unused feature, you could screw windows so much you have to fully reinstall.

No, no you don't. It's not nearly as ingrained as you seem to think it is. I've had OneDrive removed since Windows 10 first came out without a single problem.
