I hear Congress can stop the FCC if enough people call in but does anyone know if it's working?

No because they literally refuse to listen to what the American people want in this situation. Theyve instead decided to take money from lobbyists because theyre betting on most people being too misinformed to put the blame on elected officials.

They have no incentive to not make a huge amount of money by screwing everyone other than the telecom industry over so Ajit Pai and his Verizon overlords are simply ignoring the masses and claiming that criticism is coming from bots and people that dont understand how the system works despite the man himself making repeated claims that have been proven demonstrably false.

Well, the FCC will vote on it tomorrow. Currently one more person needs to commit to voting No for it to not pass. If it passes, then Ajit Pai has to defend it in court.

So you can pressure the remaining undecided members to vote no tomorrow, but that's about all.

There's no fight. There's a lot of kicking and screaming from spectators, but there's no fight.
