You can pay whatever you want for something, but some products have a certain threshold you need to surpass before you get them. In this case, paying $20 USD will get you Xara Web Designer, MAGIX Vintage Effects, VEGAS Pro, and MAGIX Video Sound Lab Cleaning along with everything else in the bundle.

They're not necessarily bad but they're definitely no where near Vegas quality. I'll probably hop on this. I'm waiting for a Game Maker bundle but I'm terrible at keeping up with the bundles.

the software keys are typically only good for one year so if you don't redeem the software in one year you lose it.

Games can sit in your account forever unredeemed as far as I can tell. That's all.

I'm assuming you've never used Humble Bundle before?

You essentially give an amount equal to or greater than the amount required to get the tier you want. So for this bundle there's a $1 or more tier, a Beat-The-Average tier (which tells you how much you have to pay to unlock it) and a $20+ tier. And you get every tier under the one you paid for. So if you buy the BTA tier you get the $1 tier and the BTA tier. If you buy the $20+ tier you get all three tiers available.

Premier is from what I understand significantly better. Vegas is like the economy option.

But you can get it for Super Economy so get it anyway. It may have a feature that is simple and easy to use compared to Premier's equivalent.

Having never used Premiere or Final Cut. Only Vegas, Windows Movie Maker etc..

I can only say it depends on what you want to do. Since this is the Pro version it should include chroma keying and other vital editing tools. Use the 'C' key to split videos and don't accidentally render the 'loop' part of the video, instead of the whole video lol
