They shipped us a router we didn't need back in September. We've been trying to get a return shipping label from them for months. Now they're sending us a box with a return label in it instead of just sending us a return label electronically.

AT&T gets a lot of shit(most of it well deserved) but I've never personally had a bad experience with them in 10+ years of service >_>

it sucks, my internet went out yesterday and after some brute forcing with the router i managed to get it to work but not sure for how long. hopefully long enough before the new one comes (going to be out 100$) but i won't have to pay that damn rental fee again.

The WiFi at my house keeps going out. My mom will probably yell at them soon. We have to reset the router multiple times a day.
