every time i put pressure down on my foot, there is this jolting, shocking, shooting pain that actually makes me yelp if i try to flex my foot

It could be a bacteria infection. I had something like that on the bottom of my foot where I would feel the same pain. It eventually got so bad that I went to the doctor and then had to go to a foot doctor for it.

You definitely want to get it checked out. You definitely don't want that to stay in your foot for awhile if that's what it is. My foot doctor told me if I didn't get it checked out sooner, it would've been bad.

that sounds like diabetes and im not ready to fact that

so i'll just assume its this tendon until it stays with me for the next week, at which point i will definitely go to the doctor
