I found about a million different recipes online but they seem to come in generally two categories:

Category 1:
- Super authentic Japanese restaurant ramen that requires an entire moon cycle to prepare using only super weeb ingredients impossible to find in baka gaijin supermarkets

Category 2:
- embarrassing white people recipes that take like 5 minutes and taste nothing like ramen (add in a bit of old worcestershire sauce, go on then bruv)

There must be a middle ground, surely
