I have a Dell XPS 15 and a Macbook Pro 15 inch. Both are fantastic but I like the Dell XPS 15 more.
If you can spend more on the Dell XPS 15 to get it with 16 gigs of RAM and a 500GB SSD, I'd go with that in a heartbeat.
