Let's say there's a school yard, and they discovered that in the corner of a school yard there's some kind of strange thing. Like, I don't know, the entrance to a cave that leads to a gold mine or something.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. What matters is that the cops are there and they paint a solid white line in the corner and put up a big sign that says "don't cross the line" and before recess the kids are told by their teachers to not cross the line.

So there's five cops standing near the line at all times.

During recess, a 6 year old kid approaches the line.

The cops scream "turn back! stay away from the line"

The 6 year old kid, rebellious, takes a step toward the line. The cops take out their guns and point the guns at the kid and scream another warning.

The kid takes a few more steps and crosses the line. The cops immediately start firing at him and the kid dies after taking 10 bullets in the belly and chest.

Since the kid was given a warning, is this fair, next?
