Okay, no.

The game is balanced so that the normal difficulty is harder than the last game's harder difficulties and it is a story focused game that appeals outside shooter diehards. So making fun of the difficulty that makes it easiest to just enjoy the story seems strange.

Who cares? Play whatever difficulty you want. Why do you care what difficulty level other people play their games on? Does it really hurt you that much? Or do you just have an unquenchable desire to feel superior to others?
