Example: Derek makes the handsign, and puts it under the table at lunch asking his friend Jerry "dude, what is that under the table?". Jerry looks under the table and sees the handsign. Derek says 'Gotcha!' and punches him on the arm. There is also some meme meanings for it, like it is a recursive 666 all sharing the same bowl, or that it stands for WP - White Power, the three extended fingers creating the W and the thumb and pointer finger creating the bowl for the P, and forearm creating the arm of the P --- move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines.
