It may sound weird but a bed is too comftorable for a nap

The ideal nap for me is in a soft reclining chair in the den. Preferably on a cold day at around 3:00 as the suns starting to set

I may get to squeeze in 3 or 4 naps a year and one is each on Thanksgiving and Christmas and will be like in the above scenario. I honestly can't wait. It's one of the best parts of the holiday

D unless Im EXHAUSTED, but thats pretty much just going back to sleep.

A proper nap for me is more likely to come in a place thats just cozy enough, like a couch or an armchair. If I lay down in bed for a nap, I usually cant actually drift off, or if I do Im out for like 3 hours.

I wish napping didn't completely fuck with my sleep that night. I love a good nap.

That said, C. The comfier the surface, the better the sleep. That said, I understand people who might overnap if done in bed, so set an alarm.

I can also appreciate a good couch nap though, but my couch sucks
