I saw photos of the victims when they were younger, probably about the age they would have been when these crimes happened. They werent just pictures of random girls a couple pretty ones, some ugly ones, but mostly average girls. They were all above average looking. They all looked like girls that a pervert in his 30s would target. You're an adult and you're banned from a freaking mall because you harrassed too many high school aged girls?
