Also picked up my tickets for The Last Jedi in IMAX. Next Thursday can't come soon enough.
I haven't had a good track record with the Thor movies. I fell asleep through the first Thor, at a drive in, and I only halfway paid attention to the second one, but that's cause I had it on in the background while playing a game. Here's hoping this holds my attention --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Never doubt. *No longer teen ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm not a fan of Thor or Iron Man tbh but I feel like Ragnarok would be enjoyable for me

Was the first Pacific Rim any good? The trailer for the new one makes me think of giant Power Rangers

Finished it
It was pretty decent. Not exactly groundbreaking but far from bad. Can't say I'd be in a rush to see it again but if it was on TV I'd leave it on. Never really been really sold on the Thor character as a whole, though, so maybe some of the appeal is lost on me. --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Never doubt. *No longer teen ... There's just something about the character that I dont quite connect with. Kind of the same issue I have with the Hulk. They're not poorly or badly designed characters on paper, I've just never been too particularly fond of/connected with them. --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Never doubt. *No longer teen ... honestly this movie should have been shorter. <_< Some scenes/situations kind of dragged on too long and bogged down the pacing. I feel like if it some things had been tightened up it would've been a hell of a rollercoaster but there were just too many times where the film felt like it hit the brakes. When the action/engagement was on, it was on for sure but too many times I just felt my attention break from the entire thing.
Also I don't know if it was an error with the theater/copy they showed, but at the climax of the film when they're --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Never doubt. *No longer teen ... Copied to Clipboard!
