Seems kinda dumb to segment individual shows like this I kind of agree, but I really don't know how else to square some shows like Luke Cage and Daredevil season 2. I've not seen Punisher yet so I don't have grounds for an opinion there, and I'd put Jessica Jones in front of the first half of Luke Cage, but otherwise no complaints here. --- Whatever happened to standards? Whatever happened to bare minimums? 15 Transwomen of color have been murdered since 1/1/2017 ... Copied to Clipboard!

I would say The Punisher is probably the most consistent as far as tone, plot, characters, etc., out of all of the Netflix shows since the first season of Daredevil.
Daredevil Season 2 started off with the crime-drama element from the previous season, but then they just started throwing in mystical ninjas and shit. Not necessarily "bad", but it felt a bit disjointed from the first 4 or so episodes. Then we all know what happened in Luke Cage... Jessica Jones was fairly consistent throughout, but I'll admit it did get a bit slow. --- I have nothing else to say ... Copied to Clipboard!

The thing I really enjoy about Punisher is that they discuss social issues regarding the way veterans are treated in this country, as well as discussion about gun control and national security, so even the "down" moments are interesting. Then when the action moments happen, they have a HUGE payoff. --- I have nothing else to say ... Copied to Clipboard!
