The setup for this movie was...kind of weak but the execution was really good.
I'd almost say it's a better movie than the sum of its parts. Though I found the first shot of the city that they spent so much time on to be a little underwhelming. Perhaps if they hadn't talked about it in a preview I might have been a little more swept away by it but it was a little bit spoiled by them talking about it beforehand --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Yeah, the movie's standard Pixar affair. Nothing really groundbreaking. Just really well done.
