Whenever you're about ready to start the contest, you may want to create a pre-contest discussion topic first and leave it open for at least 4 days before dropping the first round on us. It would be very helpful in getting good participation from the start. Dropping the first round on us without any prior warning would be a bad idea. And no, I don't regard this as an actual pre-contest discussion topic.

A pre-contest discussion topic would also allow people to discuss their plans on what Pokemon they will save using their first set of saves. The early rounds will present the issue of chaos as some people may end up saving Pokemon which have already been saved. So if there was a particular Pokemon that 2 or more people plan on saving with their first set of saves, they could work out which person will save that Pokemon with their first set of saves. I will mostly avoid this problem completely by using my first set of saves on Pokemon that are unlikely to be on someone else's first set of saves.
