Pretty sure it doesn't, though you can play anything with a controller on pc if you take the time to set it all up.

I hate when most games lack gamepad controls since keyboard controls are painful for me, but isn't that game something you could play with just the mouse? It isn't one of those games with complex controls.

I think it can be played with a controller. The issue is I haven't gotten it to run on newer PCs at all. Only my old laptops(ones I take to campus just for coding/writing papers) can run it, and I never bring a controller with me to campus.
