I would assume cap would be smashed, or go flying through the air. His shield would probably remain intact, though.

The shield isn't an immovable object. Both Cap and the shield (assuming he holds on to it) would go flying. The shield wouldn't take any damage though.

doesn't it absorb and redirect all energy tho? He can jump out of a plane and land on it to absorb the blow and be fine.

yes, but does the shield absorbs momentum?

and if the shield really absorbs all energy, then why it made a sound on contact? why did it bounce around when thrown, not just simply stopped when it hit things?

I think the Juggernaut's power is magic-based too, so it might be able to affect the shield enough to throw Cap, at least.

Sort of. The source of his strength is magic, but the strength itself is still just physical force.

Cause technically in the comics the shield isn't pure vibranium, it is an alloy. So I assume it doesn't have vibranium's ability to perfectly absorb energy, but is harder/more durable.
