Not only did Kaepernick work incredibly hard to make to the NFL, he took it one step further and risked his career, his $30,000,000+ salary, and his reputation for a cause he believed in. Kaepernick could have lost every thing he worked for and still chose to stand up for his cause. Your dad is probably thrilled to see him win.
