A few years ago I saved my friend thousands of dollars when he was getting ripped off by some mechanic place, he and her gf were total push overs, they'd agree to anything or if they didn't they'd be convinced by their bullshit lol. I went in, told them it was bs and to let me speak with the manager. Manager was probs having a bad day cause he lowered the price by like more than half and said if that was ok so we can move on with our day lol

Yes. We were drunk at Applebee's (well at least I was), just taking advantage of their apps and cheap booze. Waiter was fucking amazing, one of the best I've had. So when we left we asked him if we could speak to his manager. Could see all the employees wondering what they did wrong. When the manager came out, we told him to give the waiter a raise and how good the service was.

We all worked in food service so we admire good customer service when we see it. Left that guy a fat ass tip.

I went to Burger King drive thru and they told my brother to park in the parking lot to wait for our food. The stupid employee decides to come outside and talk to one of their friends with our food in his hands. At first we didn't know it was ours but after five minutes my brother honked his horn and this guy came over. Dude was like in his '40s working at a place for teenagers. Ended up going inside and talking to the manager and told him what happened and that employee needed to be fired immediately. Went home with a $25 gift card and a promise that something like that would never happen again.

No. The only one I can think of is recently when I had to call Amazon and after the 5th person I talked to I had to ask to speak to a supervisor cause these incompetent people could barely speak English. The supervisor could actually speak English and after talking to six people I finally found out that your not allowed to make a split payment while using the Amazon store card unless using Amazon gift cards which is fucking stupid but yea.

Yes. If service was well above average or things were way below average. The couple times I have wear I've ordered some kind of meat and it was raw I requested a manager because serving raw food is one of the worst things you can do as a chef.

One time I seen a BK worker in his 40s on his lunch break at BK and he had a nintendo switch.
