Ah. It's a suppression hearing. My attorney told me I should get my laptop back and the trial was postponed until January 29th.

This is the same state's attorney I have been bitching about in my posts on here mind you. This is Andrew's brother's post.

I will say I didn't know him well. Saw him open up a show several years back and had some correspondence on fb several times after. Bought a shirt and what not.

Was still really sad when I heard the news. I enjoyed his music and I've seen since his passing a lot of people were shaken up by it.

It was bullshit dude. He got stabbed literally a stone's throw from my house. I feel bad I wasn't out there. He walked for blocks before anyone found him otherwise he may have made it. It's very sad.

That's why his brother is so upset. There were 2 guys with him that ran and hid instead of going to get help. His brother wanted them charged with accessory and there was a petition going around signed by many but the state's attorney was not hearing it, citing them being "cooperative" which sounds to me like they are using them as snitches.
