It's by far the best Netflix comic book series IMO. Excellent writing and acting throughout. Just think of it as a 13 hour action, crime drama, suspense flick without an untouchable Jack Reacher or John Wick as the main character. This Punisher isn't superhuman in combat ability but he always finds a way to survive. I binged watched the whole series in three days. Couldn't do that with Daredevil or Jessica Jones.
