Current Events > Things has slowed down again with my relationship with David.

Nothing much more has happened since he said he'd like a relationship, and us talking about him coming over to my house.

I've tried to bring up the visit thing, but he seems like he wants to wait with that.
But I don't want to pressure him, he has lot going on atm, his mother died in the summer and he isn't feeling well with that and his work and such.

I just want to be there for him if he needs my support.

We are super similar in lot of ways, neither of us has lot of drive to push things forward, I mean when we decide to take a trip or something it takes ages to decide for us...

Oh well. I'll just take it slow.

So long as you are certain you both want the same thing, I don't think there's an issue here. But you wouldn't be talking about it if you didn't have opinions about this, which suggests that you're not entirely okay with the status quo. It's one thing if the past few months have been weird because of the real life stuff he's dealing with, but it sounds like this started with him even before all the stress. So you have a good reason to bring this up in conversation.

Really? He's pretty decent in the kitchen. There was a post a while back about him planning and cooking a romantic dinner that gave me warm fuzzies. Also, he's not the one getting salty af up in this topic. I know at least one poster who could really benefit from this poise.
