This isn't really a bill so much as a hand out to their donors and corporations, they've said it multiple times they have to do this because if they don't they lose their money and nothing scares a Republican more than losing any of their own money it'd be so inconvenient to have only 1 boat instead of 2 after all.

But I dont know if you have heard that it is legislation for the future, not just about health care for America, but about a healthier America, where preventive care is not something that you have to pay a deductible for or out of pocket. Prevention, prevention, preventionits about diet, not diabetes. Its going to be very, very exciting.

I don't think this is funny though. We're highly susceptible to misinformation right now because culturally we've done little to inoculate ourselves against the viral spread of all information through popular media. Which means, even if it were blatantly, demonstrably untrue, the viral nature of media means it will likely still infect potential unsuspecting who were unlucky enough to encounter these falsehoods before encountering something more credible.
