i struggle with anxious/stressed/depressed eating too. the hard thing to do is accept that its okay to eat a nasty greasy cheeseburger once in a while and have those days, but not to fall back into the habit of doing that all of the time.

Make sure whenever you're eating something it's in complete silence. No reading, no TV, nothing. You'd be surprised at how fast you fill up when the only thing you have to focus on is the food in front of you. So many folks binge eat while watching something and just keep eating - not hearing their body saying "Wrap it up, I'm good."
