Had 10mg Escitalopram a day, doctor said to try 15mg a day now.

Maybe I need it, I still feel depressed and get anxiety. Hope I won't get more increased side effects.

the brain's so weird, man. being depressed can be linked to not having enough of the proper chemical up there. and some people have said that they don't want to be on anti-depressants because it makes them feel different.

have you ever had a panic attack, and you know that you should calm down and stop freaking out but your brain is like "nope, i'm in control and controlling how you react right now"? it's so damn weird.

I know, it has helped a bit with a combination with therapy, cbt and mindfulness. But I think I need higher since the anxiety and depression is too "sharp" some days still.
