View Results 15 y/o Jacob Baumgart from Virginia was shot dead by a POLICE OFFICER after the boy tried to ROB him!! A 4 year police veteran, Robert Misegades was meeting the young teen at 12:30AM so he can sell an XBOX ONE X to the boy but suddenly Jacob pulled out a pistol in an attempt to rob the off duty police officer and the cop pulled out his gun and they exchanged gunfire outside Chestertowne Shipping Centre.. Jacob was shot in the head and was killed instantly and the officer was also shot but he was released from hospital..
