So does mcdonalds, look at the "quality" of their employees. Now imagine if mcdonalds paid less, gave more health risks and no longer required you to be a model citizen (ie ex convicts, current convicts, illegal alien).

Yeah but McDonald's doesn't sound like a good desirable job even to idiots and that's the difference. Wow you don't say? Of course it isn't, but I'd imagine most straight men don't want to be overpowered with hearing a dude grunting, telling you to suck his dick, etc. There's a searchable niche for everything but not one for "dude who knows how to shut the fuck up" apparently so it's a crapshoot whether or not some dude is going to ruin an otherwise great scene by talking constantly other than to just watch it.
