Never smoked in my life. I believe it should be legal but I have no desire to use it.

It is the hypocrisy that bothers me. People like Sessions are all for state rights when it's same sex marriage but then want to control what the states do on other issues.

This prissy attitude towards medical marijuana and drug use in general makes me fucking sick. We have so many real problems in this country, and they are focused on the overlwhelmingly least dangerous and most positive among the big 4, those being chew, cigarettes, and alcohol. It makes no sense to me, is it morality law? What the fuck.

It is such a bad policy, it's astonishing. One quick example. The main reason criminals go back to jail is not a return to crime. That is recidivism. The thing they get busted for is using drugs, a relapse. So you get a guy who is probably a loser already, doing time, his life is fucked up. His fault, sure, but stay with me. So dude gets out and starts over, maybe after a rough day of work he wants to come home and smoke a bowl. He is not hurting anyone, he's getting high as a reward and he's doing the blue collar. This is me btw

So why the fuck should I be scared that I'm going to jail when I'm not hurting anyone? I'm actively staying the fuck out of trouble and downtown a lot, because I don't want drama. Chilling with my friends or girl, why the FUCK don't I deserve to smoke a bowl? I did my time, I pay my taxes. Fuck you Sessions

It's like that because they Want you to go back to jail, because privatized prisons are big business and a powerful lobby. So they take your taxes and make all these fucked up laws to write you tickets and incarcerate you, then keep the claws in you as long as possible. These fucking pieces of shit have purposefully designed a system that takes advantage of the weakest and lowest among society by exploiting minor drug use, like weed , while on probation. Rehabilitated criminals, one of the last bastions of humanity anyone is still totally free to immediately look down upon. Fine, im more honest than any one of those pigs in DC but ok. They clip people in a revolving door system that violates their probation over petty drug use. It costs an insane amount of money to detain a man and feed him, pay for his staffing and shit. Plus he's not working , so it should always be a last resort to jail someone unless they're dangerous and committing actual crimes. Drug use on probation should be a fine, tops. I have a job, thank you. System is fucking utterly broken and horrible for society, Jeff Sessions is a damn fool.
