The only thing I can think of is that many people in the world will be happy (at least for a little while), especially those in Democratic countries.

Going in and assassinating Un is not going to do anything but cause more problems. What we need is to somehow "encourage" (manipulate) the generals of NK's military to seize power for themselves instead of allowing the farce to continue before their Dear Leader orders something that will lead to the complete destruction of their country.

I think the main issue is we aren't exactly sure how the North Korean populace would react. They have been brainwashed that Kim/Kim's father/Kim's grandfather have basically been God on earth since the Korean War in the 50's. I'm not saying they're a dumb population (at least among the elite or in Pyongyang) but that would be a tough pill to swallow to see their leader/veritable God just get murdered.
