I make my own pizzas from scratch including the dough, if you lived nearby I'd whip some up. I could do with a pizza thinking about it..

Well, you delivered. That actually looks pretty good, especially for 12ish in the morning. I for one am about to go to bed, at the hour of 08:30...here. Though I did just finish my dinner, which was my first experiment with cooking on a salt brick. I cooked a steak, which came out pretty good. Saltier than I'm used to, but not in an overbearing way. Potatoes and a few carrots as a side, finished on an iron skillet...all in the oven.
