It adds post-game content, 4 new jobs, updates the translation some, and they re-mixed the music to give it a more full presentation. This is huge for me, because they missed the mark on the FFVI GBA port. The SNES music was perfect, and the lower quality of the hardware on the GBA meant that the music would suffer as a result.
