Persona 5 looked fantastic, but Cuphead was a near 1:1 recreation of an entire age of animation so I give it to Cuppy.

I feel that cuphead was limited since it was trying to recreate an old era and that hurts it since it couldn't expand more. I'm not even a fan of Persona but it deserves this.

Cuphead wins in terms of sheer production and effort. The amount of work and love that went into it is outstanding.
Persona 5 wins in terms of creativity. Everything from the graphics, UI, and music were all stylized and thoughtout. Cuphead's is great too but it followed the 30's cartoon style instead of exploring something out of the box. --- My magnificence knows no bounds. ... Copied to Clipboard!
