Why that case even made nation wide news is beyond me. A violent assailant attacked a man carrying a legal handgun, who then shot the assailant. That happens DAILY in this country.

My favorite part is when they tried to say he was White because his actual background didn't fit the media's overall narrative. I believe CNN even tried to use "White Hispanic" when describing him at one point.

Zimmerman is a scumbag in his day to day life, but the fact that the media tried to paint him as a "Giant Caucasian man" is one of the first times I remember being annoyed by the media's spin on something.
