Also pre-built,I know it would save TONS of $$$ and hell maybe I will.. but what I want to do now is what is the best, but also "cheapest" or more so budget-led:

1) Desktop PC, can be sold with or without keyboard mouse. A decent one that will run most games (not all, since I have consoles)
2) Laptop - much the same (I hate the touch pad, so keyboard and mouse again), one that runs most games without shit
3) ALL-IN-ONE - rhese seem the hotest, IDK why. Everything is there, aside the mouse and kb

Also I plan to use Chromechase, as well as HDMI to hook up to my TV( why both you ask? My chromecast taking a shit, and I need to place it in EXACTLY the right place)

What are your suggestions.

Bonus points for extra UBS ports, because I plan on expanding the storage via External HDD,
